The average dog is a nicer person than the average person
-Andy Rooney-
Finally got to watch the episode this evening:
- Loved the Harry Potter "dementor" reference from Malcom.
- I think Lisa's eyebrows look funky (as someone mentioned above) because she has them tattooed on, but the real ones are growing back and showing up. One should ALWAYS combine eyebrow tattooing ("permanent make-up") with electrolysis. Trust me. I know whereof I speak. ;-)
- I'd love to see Malcolm on "The Bachelor." Then he'd be a shoo-in for "Dancing with the Stars." Then he could marry someone odd and they'd get their own reality show. Malcolm forever!
Survivor creator Mark Burnett on his shows enduring popularity: " It is a morality tale." from the www.emmytvlegends.org interview archives
I would say there is definitely that kind of tape laying on the cutting room floor. Its a reality show, they chop it up, and put it together where they see fit.It doesn't have to match what they look like, as we are seeing them. Its questions they ask that have nothing to do with the actual scene we see. I am sure Abi had nice moments on the the Island, we just never saw them, we see what they want us to see. A story that fits each and every one one of them
This season I dont mind being manipulated, but I know I am .![]()

I thought that Malcolm and Denise made the F2 deal way back when they were on the losing tribe with Russell. I could be wrong since I can't even remember the tribe's name. You may be right in that they just said they would stick together for as long as it would take them.
I so agree with your hot, sweaty and dirty looks good on Malcolm comment.![]()

I just hope Malcolm isn't one of those who show up at the final 30 lbs. heavier with a totally different haircut! He did remark to his brother than now he was really cut, implying that isn't his usual look.... Not that any of that would change how nice he is, but like many I also like my eye candy!![]()
I thought for sure one of the family visitors would recognize Lisa
Well, as redsox girl and a couple other have pointed out the discussions about the "worthy" going to the finals...it would be interesting if the jury decided, well, heck, they got rid of ME because even though I was worthy, they wanted to take someone who they could beat. Think I'll vote for that person. Has that ever happened? A reverse psychology of the goat syndrome?
I wondered if Lisa's brother knew about the divorce and that contributed to her emotion (and was the reason he came, not her husband) OR the cynical side of me is curious that so many people have healthy, young brothers and such as their family, knowing they will participate in a challenge.
I felt bad for Abi's mom, with the language barrier and Abi sure didn't seem to explain the game to her very well. It was kinda funny when the mom kept telling her to throw harder!
I thought Carter had a chance, for a minute. He really did seem a very nice guy and certainly did no harm to anyone there. He would have been a threat until the end.
This season's Survivor is like old lady porn for me, I have such a crush on Malcolm.
That was a great message! And I've had a terrible day, so thank you.I love random acts of kindness.Really, realy appreciated.Scott- RIP SDL<3
