Neither woman could join Troyzan's plan unless they were sure the other would and that Tarzan would. Otherwise they would guarentee they'd be next out the door for being a traitor to the women's alliance. For now they must be hoping for at least two more weeks of safety and a miracle of some kind, like an immunity run, after that.
