Sorry, I don't agree. Ralph didn't look for the idol as Russel always did, he just stumbled onto it, purely accidental.

I wasn't too impressed with Ralph's sermon on honesty and openess.

I think she's referring to how Ralph is taking no crap from Russell or running scare because Russell is going to steal his pants and burn them or something childish as Russell usually does.

I'm glad his tribe is not scare of him (it seems)
