I am almost embarrassed to say this... but Phillip reminds me of my deceased grandfather! He would do the craziest things just to get a rise out of people. He'd do it to see how they'd react, what they'd do because he was that curious.

And the things that came out of his mouth!

I am still from last night's tribal council. The best TC I can remember in Survivor history--for me at least.
I could not understand why the subtitle of Former Special Agent with a ? next to it came up. The ? had me until I did a little exploring.
From what I was able to come up with Phillip was a Specialist 4 in the Army for 4 yrs and then discharged.
From 1986-1989 (3 yrs), he worked with the Defense Security Service (DSS).
From 1989 to present he has been working in various roles with different software companies in ITS.



Truth is stranger than fiction.

From what I can figure out about the DDS they oversee classified documents, issue security clearances and provide information technical services. Meaning he was a computer geek agent. Especially if you factor in all of his jobs following that 3 year stint in DDS. The way he brags about it, I thought he was FBI or Secret Service. I have the feeling he's crazy like a fox and going to show a little more intelligence in playing if he makes it to the end. And that's a Big IF!

I'd say Phillip was faking the crazy as a way to becoming a desirable F3 or F2 partner....except his PI's are nearly as crazy sounding.

I really don't understand why some think Philip is acting crazy as a strategy. The man is genuinely skewed. No act, no brilliance, no cunning, just nuts. Or to use the correct medical diagnosis, coo coo.

I have always doubted people who say they were 'taken' by Aliens and then 'returned' (like Sammy Hagar..lol). But I think Phillip may have been taken by Aliens and isn't aware of it. This guy is a fruit loop.

I am hoping someone will come forward with information about Philips employment history. There are people out there that know him. I would love to hear friends or co workers talk about who this guy is. Jeff is usually confrontational in the finale, perhaps he will grill him a bit.
