Well, if not quite the most beautiful part of the island eh?
Still absolutely gorgeous though... i guess that is untill you've had to sleep there, with out showering for a few days, and you've received a few mosquito bites ;)

Add to that they will be filming in the heart of the monsoon season.
It could make for a very grim experience for them which will add to the tension.
By all reports there were several big storms in the area at the time of filming. At one point there was a full blown monsoon in the pacific ,headed in their direction. It blew out before reaching them .If you think the dust of Africa was bad- think of being soaked for 38 days.
Another report was the crew conditions were horrible too, and thats why they returned so glum.One crew member said the showers stopped working a few days in, so they gave up and just slapped deodorant on every so often.

Ewwww is right! No showers!:eek That means a lot of people were probably cranky and getting on each other's nerves. Maybe we'll get to see another Jerri.
If I were a crew member and had access to soap, my butt would be showering in the rain!
