I will have to go back and check the DVR but I thought that Jeff in booting Ben had made reference to the warning he gave. Maybe not, but I guess I would doubt Ben's version on the surface of it.

At TC Ben said Jeff's rules were for sissies. Unless Jeff had already told the tribes what the rules were, Ben's statement doesn't make sense. If he hadn't been told about the rules, then he didn't break any.

The rule we're discussing is the one Jeff gave when he stopped the action. The only question is whether it was before or after he tossed Ben. I don't believe Ben. I hope we find out from another contestant.
