1 - Judd (overhearing Danni and Steph)
    2 - Cindy (she's got a temper!)
    3 - Rafe
    4 - Gary

I don't believe the first clue will amount to much, as it isn't even focued on in the promos. However, my guess is that it refers to Stephenie or Judd overhearing Gary trying to fenagle his way into a safer position. This probably won't fare well for Gary.

The second clue has to refer to Stephenie (could it be any other girl?), especially considering we're shown Steph getting into an argument back at camp immediately after the reward challenge. I don't know who eliminated Steph in the pecking order challenge, but hopefully it will mix things up. My money's on Lydia, since Steph trashes her starvation in a confessional in the promo.

Third clue? It either pops up in the big argument (which would point to Judd) or it pops up in casual conversation/confessionals (which could point to a number of people, Rafe included).

The fourth clue could be interesting, but I have a feeling it's a last-ditch effort from Gary to keep himself in the game. I doubt it works.

After watching the promos a couple times, they give away quite a bit of information. I'll put it in spoilers for those who wish to read it:
The first few shots of the promo show Cindy and Rafe enjoying reward food, and the argument that has been shown in the previews thus far don't include either Cindy or Rafe. They're a safe bet for winning reward (with one taking the other).
Speaking of reward, it's the classic pecking order elimination style challenge. Rafe evidentaly takes out Gary early on (unless there's some tricky editing in the promo).
The immunity challenge involves running to and from different stations with flags, and it appears that neither Judd, Lydia, nor Cindy will win, as we are shown a shot of them slowly stepping off their platforms, downtrodden (the classic loser shot we are shown at the end of every challenge).
So who does win immunity? There is a very brief glimpse of Probst, presumably in the immunity challenge, with Rafe's red sleave next to him. I'm thinking this is a recycled shot however, as I doubt Rafe would go ahead and try to win two challenges in a row after his recent realization that he could be percieved as a threat.

I think the second one is either Lydia or Cindy. Danni and Gary took part in the last reward and Judd and Steph took part in the last 2 rewards (even though Judd won one, she got to enjoy it). It's got to be jealousy by those women that haven't won a reward yet, being taken out by one (or more) of the 4 reward winners.

Which of those 4 would be stupid enough to target a non-winner and get their resentment? Probably Judd or Steph. I don't see Danni or Gary doing that when they know they have to get on their good side because their necks will be on the line.

Closer examination of the promo reveals that I not only made a mistake in one of my comments, but something else that I missed.
I had originally made this comment about the brief clip we are shown of the pot-smashing reward challenge:
"Rafe evidentaly takes out Gary early on (unless there's some tricky editing in the promo)."
Well, it appears there was some tricky editing going on, as a well-timed pause shows that Rafe is actually taking out Lydia, not Gary. Gary is taken out of the challenge (as he must be, since Rafe & Cindy win); we are shown his pot being smashed. But Rafe smashes Lydia's pot early on, not Gary. This means Lydia is not likely to be the one who targets Stephenie for elimination in the challenge (per the website clue). Judd, I suppose, is who we're looking at there.

Also, I missed a brief shot of Judd and Gary taking the walk to tribal council with their torches. In that shot, neither one is wearing immunity, which means it is confirmed that Cindy, Judd, Gary, and Lydia are all out of the running for immunity. Either Rafe, Stephenie, or Danni pulls out a win here; you can guess which one it is.

ETA: I just read the CBS Press Release, which clears up the first clue very well.

"Everything Is Personal" -- Having not been consulted about the last Tribal Council vote, Judd becomes increasingly paranoid that his alliance may be in jeopardy, on SURVIVOR: GUATEMALA -- THE MAYA EMPIRE, Thursday, Nov. 24 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
As Gary attempts to create an alliance with Lydia, he is overheard by Judd, who is pretending to be asleep in the shelter. A castaway is livid after a tribe mate targets them to be one of the first eliminated at the Reward Challenge, which leads to an eruption back at camp. Paranoia fills the air at camp causing one castaway to declare, "Everyone is lying, even the people you'd least expect!" Tribal Council is full of surprises when one tribe member takes advantage of the group's unstable alliance to call out a fellow tribe mate. Will this influence the vote?
And, the twelfth member is voted out of the tribe.
So, it looks like Gary is called out by Judd for trying to slide into a better position, as predicted. Gary's demise seems inevitable at this point.

#1 Gary does sound like the lurker, he's got the whole tree-camoflauge thing going on. Plus, after his ghastly body freeze at the RC in the lodge, staring down Judd, he can certainly "be still". Not to mention, he has been very yucky (oopps again! )...lucky.

    Steph for #2

    #3, I hope that's Danni and I hope she's talking about Gary.

#4 - Scary (oooops yet again! )...Gary
