    John got a lot of stick for his behaviour on Survivor.
    I bet even he'd agree he didn't play a great game.
    Unfortunately, the bad feedback he got from the show has extended to a lot of cynicism about his motivation to help others in his free time.

    He's worked extensively for a number of different charitites for years and continues to do so. If he can use what ever fame Survivor gave him to make more money he'll do it, but he would be working to raise cash and awareness for his charitites of choice without Survivor.
