Rupert Sighting 3/26/05

I wanted to share with my FORT family the pictures that I took last weekend at a local auto show. Rupert was the guest celebrity and it was so worth waiting in a line, outside, for 1.5 hours in pouring down sleet and rain and then waiting in another line for another 1.5 hours once inside the show to meet Rupert. I took my daughter down to meet Rupert for her birthday and she absolutely loved meeting him. He was very down to earth and the Rupert we all fell in love with.

Rupert was the guest celebrity at the auto show here at the end of Feb. I wasn't able to go, though. The kids fair was the next weekend and it was one or the other, I couldn't afford both. I'm jealous, I would love to meet Rupert.

No it was definately not the same one. He actually sells shirts for his foundation, Ruperts Kids. They can be purchased on his website at www.rupertb.com or if your lucky enough at one of his apprearances. I took a picture of a shirt that he was selling last week. I think its fitting...
