I think Koror uses their brains during the immunity challenges (so far). They went down in pairs, not one at a time. It is called working as a team. The only way Ulong won the reward was with Angie. Remember Ulong doesnt want to choose a leader

Yeah, and truthfully, I think it sucks he makes observations like that, especially if her tribe didn't notice. But hey, Ashlee went down for all of 2 seconds, so she could have at least done that.
