I'm thinking the coconut scene was heavily edited. Where did the coconut come from? Are they growing there? Then there'd be plenty of coconuts to go around if you wanted some. Plus, it didn't look like the one coconut held enough juice to go around anyway.

It's not like they were already starving/dying of thirst and that was the last coconut. C'mon girls, get your own coconut.

I thought they bought the coconuts in the village. So yeah, I'd be pissed too, but it wouldn't have hurt her to speak up about it. Or she could have asked to borrow the machete to open another one. Suffering in silence doesn't get her anywhere.

In one of the other seasons of Survivor, didn't they say that coconut juice can dehydrate you? I can't remember if it was the last season or the one before that, but I remember them saying something about coconut juice not being good if you are thirsty. Does anybody else remember this?

I also think that they bought the coconut in the town, at least that is what I assumed.

Coconut milk is not good for rehydrating. It's got too high a sugar content. It may quench your thirst temporarily, but it won't do much for you.
