| Re: 1/4 Premiere Episode *~Spoilers~* The Shaolin monks are fabulous, but can kung fu practice be termed dancing just because it's set to a techno beat? | |

| Re: 1/4 Premiere Episode *~Spoilers~* The. MONKS. Oh. My. GOD. I could NOT take my eyes off the screen when they were on. WHOAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!! | Re: 1/4 Premiere Episode *~Spoilers~* You know, if the American soloist, Robert Whatshisname, wasn't dancing....neither was the Chinese group. They were good, but dancing, it wasn't. Wasn't it the Chinese guy that said that the American guy wasn't dancing? My fault....it was the Indian judge that didn't think the American guy was "dancing". What did he say about the Shaolin monks?

| Re: 1/4 Premiere Episode *~Spoilers~* Definitely the best performance of the night when you consider the entertainment value! Was it dancing? No, but I was still fascinated by the routine. My overall score for the show so far is a 6 which means I will probably record it but may or may not watch it depending on what else is on my DVR. |

| Re: 1/4 Premiere Episode *~Spoilers~* Yeah the show is okay for me. I'll probably only watch to see the winner. The format doesn't seem that exciting, plus the two hosts are boring as hell |

| Re: 1/4 Premiere Episode *~Spoilers~* Somebody please shoot the director! The constant movement of the cameras plus those ever-changing close-ups to medium shots to long shots is horrendous! I don't think they keep one shot for more than a second or two. This does the dancers a great disservice and it's giving me vertigo. They ruined the Zulu dancer's solo with this fake attempt to be "artistic." (Sorry. I'm seeing the show an hour later than everyone else) |
