| Re: About Superstars of the Dance Alas, I believe it is two different shows, Waypast40. I don;t know if there will be voting by the public, details are still a bit sketchy on how the shoe will work.

| Re: About Superstars of the Dance There will be no public voting - it's all up to the judges. Nigel thought Americans might be a little biased and vote for the American team. ![]() Hold your votes! “Superstars of Dance” goes global

| Re: About Superstars of the Dance I guess he has a point Though the couples from China, India, and Ireland would likely get my votes, sight unseen. I've always been fascinated with dancers and performances for those countries.Since the American public does have such a pull in some shows in terms of voting, I wonder if it will catch on as big as he thinks if there's no voting allowed. I'd question whether Idol would be as big as it is without the viewers having a say, so I don't think that's a fair comparison to make. |

| Re: About The Show Quote:
I was very disapointed that the irish group did not have an original idea of their own.... The performance was an exact, exact duplicate of Michael Flatley's CELTIC TIGER performance right down to the last detail maneurism hand waving and running around the stage that the main front character did.... down to the last exact same movements that Flatley performed in his CELTIC TIGER show..... This was copied and should not have earned that many points... sure the group are very good dancers.... but should have had their own original creation, not a copied one.... I went to see the original performance of CELTIC TIGER on stage in person and bought their video and have watched it over 50 times and still have the dvd at home, so thats why I know what I'm talking about..... | |
