Yep. 'Go to your room' used to be more of a threat before many kids today have a mini toy store in their rooms usually with TVs and playstations and all.

Jo has a good point about not using the child's bedroom for time-outs. Besides the fact that they're surrounded by all their toys, it's wrong to make them associate their own room with punishment. I never thought of it that way.
