I feel sad about Jeter and the Yankees. The loss of Mariano and Jeter in one season is awful. It looks like the end of an era-- let's hope it's the beginning of another one.
So I've got to check out the other teams. Based on what I know I'm rooting for the tigers---
Hilarious to me that apparently there was a sports newscaster for one of the CBS affiliates who predicted a Tigers/Giants world series back in April. With the Tigers winning. I so hope I didn't just jinx them by putting this out there!! Let's go Tigers!

Congratulations to the Tigers! Hopefully they will meet the Giants in the World Series. It's back to San Francisco for game 6 with the Cardinals. (The new Cardinal manager looks like a very young Tony LaRusa - LOL)
I am hoping for a Tigers/Cardinals match for the simple fact that I can't stay up late enough to watch west coast games...pathetic, I know....
