I bet they would never do that with a football game! I like most sports and have no problem with them being on TV, but tennis is the one sport I watch avidly. Tennis fans in the US really suffer!

Monte Carlo final today. Rafa versus Nole. Rafa won the last 8 times.

Here's the outcome if you didn't get to see the match. Spoiler tags in case you wanna see the replay.

Anyone else watching tennis from Madrid?

I was watching this morning (live) but had to give it up. Not because Rafa is currently losing to Ferrer, but because that digital screen that lines the entire court is hurting my eyes. When the camera is on the same level as the player, the screen behind them goes out of focus & looks like it's pixilating. I will eventually get a migraine if I keep watching.

It's tough to see Rafa struggling on clay, but since Nole has already lost to 28th ranked Dimitrov and Federer was taken out by 16th ranked Nishikori, it wouldn't really be a surprised to see Nadal go home early as well.

    Rafa came back and won.

Nishikori might have taken out Federer, but he couldn't handle Pablo Andujar - who might just become one of my favorites to watch.

It will be Rafa vs Stan Wawrinka in the finale.
