Well all, I am off to New Orleans to watch my poor Lions get their butts whipped by the Saints. It will take a miracle for them to pull out a win. However, I am happy to have 6 days off from work and to be someplace where it's warmer!![]()

That was a great game! They will be meeting the 49ers, who also beat New York, somewhere down the line and, I hope, that is a great game also.

Almost there Ellen! Lions got another win. It was ugly but I'll take it!![]()
That was a good game to watch, Ellen, even if you support another team. The thing is I hate the Raiders from way back, so the drubbing was a sight for sore eyes.
Sad my 9ers took a second loss in a row. I swear if their field goal kicker didn't keep them in the game, they would have more losses under their belt.

Crap. The Pack lost. Though can't really complain. After all, Green Bay has (1) secured a place in the playoffs, (2) clinched the division title, and (3) got the first-round bye. One more win (or a San Francisco loss) gets them home-field advantage. The Chiefs, well, they won a game.
Interesting to see how the universe is in balance: Packers lost for the first time this season; Colts won for the first time this season.

My football picks this week weren't even close. I thought my heart was going to stop while watching the Lions game!
Congrats on making the playoffs - hope we see you there![]()
