WE DID IT!!! What an amazing run! Woot!

33 years and 7 months we waited for that! And how about Bryon Wilson? No one expected him to medal.... how awesome for him.

Yes, Bryon Wilson was awesome, and I was also impressed with the Japanese. Boy that Australian looked sour up there on the podium. CTV went over the top trying to vilify him, seriously they need to shut up, but he still didn't impress me with his behaviour.

He's a traitor for lack of a better term and runs a spyware company. They can vilify him all they want if you ask me.

He'd look pissed even if he won gold. The guy has no "happy" switch.

Yeah, but I thought they were going to play the Darth Vader music at the top of his run. It's a bit much. Why focus on him, who cares?

Congrats to Alexandre and all of Canada. He made a spectacular run and what a great Olympics you are putting on. Also loved Dale Begg-Smith; what incredible flips.

Defending olympic champ, former Canadian, left us cause we didn't give him enough time to crash people's computers and steal their personal info, the story pretty much writes itself.

He never wants to talk to Cdn reporters, he's cocky, he looks like he's guilty of something, I don't like him. I mean if you want to move to another country, and represent them, there's nothing wrong with that. Why dis the country you grew up and were born in?

Can't remember his name, who's the speed skater from Ottawa I think that moved to Italy. He is now skating for Italy, I saw a report on him a couple of weeks ago, extremely nice guy, never forgets his country Canada. Had everything good to say about both countries. He had a better opportunity in Italy so he went with it. Now I have to look him up, I can't remember his name

    ETA Nicolas Bean! From Ottawa
