I wouldn't have liked it. It would have been shocking and uncomfortable, and I wouldn't have wanted a young child to see it, but I also wouldn't sue Comcast for emotional distress over it either.

I admit, I found the clip online. And I laughed so hard I fell out of my chair. Then again, I'm an adult without little ones watching. :/ I wouldn't have been pleased, but I wouldn't be suing Comcast for "emotional distress" either.

The fact that it happened in AZ made it even more loltastic.

I guess Comcast is now saying it was a "malacious act of sabotage".

I certainly wasn't trying to imply that people would be overly sensitive to be upset by the porn incident.
I was more offhandedly wondering if it would be quietly swept under the rug.
The "controversy" over the quick blip of a partially covered nipple is still being beaten like a dead horse.
I just couldn't help but wonder if somehow this would go away more quietly, or if people were going to go to extremes again to make a point.
I mean, suing a whole broadcast station over something that was clearly a malicious prank by 1 or a few individuals is just... really?

For those of us outside of the "porn" incident.... please PM links if you have them. Is it really that horrible?

I found it easily by googling.

I wouldn't be suing Comcast over it(are people really doing that, btw?) but as I said, I'd be pissed if my kids saw it. From what I read, it was most likely a disgruntled employee.

It's not something I'd watch at work.

Ok then I'll wait until I get home and use my husband's computer!! My computer is a work laptop so I don't want anything like that burning it's way onto my hard drive for them to discover later on!

What if we didn't get to see the nudes? Can we sue for that? Discrimination! That is what it is!
