    I'm with ya, babymay! I'm heading to training camp on Monday, August 1st to check the Detroit Lions out. Not getting my hopes up too much (especially after last year's debacle) but never the less, I am SUPER excited. Football season is my favourite time of year!

    Sorry for the double post.... but I just had to get this out! Is anyone else sick and tired of hearing about the Brett Favre story? I swear, every time I turn on the TV to ESPN or NFL network, the story is running. And last night during the Hall of Fame Game - we broke away from the game to watch Favre's plane land???? Seriously???? What the F????

    It is just stupid. I hated the coverage all the years about Will he retire or will he play? Then he retires with a big old tear laden press conference, then he wants to play, then he wants to stay retired, now he wants to play again. Ego driven jackass. Can't stand him or the annoyances never could.

    Latest and greatest - he doesn't want to compete for the starting QB job because he doesn't want to upset the team chemistry... errrr... isn't that what he's been doing for the last couple of weeks?

    Don't get me wrong - I loved watching Brett play and was upset to see him go but enough already...

    In regards to Brett, I was actually hoping that if he had to go somewhere, he could have come to the Bucs... would have loved watching him play for us, even though it might not have been the best match. But the Pack could still trade him...
