Anyone see the ceremony retiring Linden's #16 in Vancouver last night? *sniffle*

He's always been my favorite hockey player. Having lived in Vancouver during the 94 cup run, and watching his effort against the Rangers in game 7, it just breaks my heart that I won't be able to see him play again.

He's a class act all the way and a truly great player and representative of hockey. We'll miss you, Trev!

Weelll... If it all goes according to plans (hopes) I'm planning on volunteering! If that doesn't pan out, I'll definitely be checking out the games.. It's just too bad we get the B pool.

Me! We saw an exhibition game in Hamilton between Slovakia and Team Canada. We're on the edge of our seats tonight as Canada is tied in overtime with the Russians. What a nail biter.

That was a fantastically played, intense game last night. I was totally enthralled by how well Team Canada played. They sure saved their best for last.
