As long as the owner wants the team let him keep it is my thoughts.
Diplomacy is the art of saying 'Nice doggie!'...till you can find a rock.

I'd hate to see it fold because it's such a good team, known for it's heart.

But the fans in Montreal won't support anything if it isn't on skates. Unlike Toronto where they WILL support you, so long as you're winning and not the CFL.
If you go through a lot of hammers each month, I don't think it necessarily means you're a hard worker.
It may just mean that you have a lot to learn about proper hammer maintenance.

I couldn't care less either way. What I would like MLB to do is cut down on the 5,642,118 regular season games.

Yeah I agree with that JR, I heard some team lost over 100 games this season and I was like, "Guh? There's more than 100 games a season?" Too many.

But the Expos shouldn't fold. What will that one guy do when he feels like going to a game?

I remember early this season while the playoffs were on in hockey and the Expos charged $5 a ticket and 20 or 30 thousand people showed up. Most of them were wearing Habs jerseys and carrying fake Stanley Cups, obvioulsy fans who couldn't get hockey tickets, but 30 000 x 5 is more than whatever a regular ticket costs x the three tickets they sell.

And the Jays don't have high turnout either.

Fluff, your country did inflict cricket on the world! It's just an unfortunate coincidence we can kick your ass!! Cricket is a thousand times more boring than baseball.

    But baseball is shit.

Baseball used to be good. Then the strike happened. Then Pat Gillick left Toronto and took any common sense in running a baseball team with him. Toronto sucks. Now, I don't care.

Athough I do care that the Yankees got booted out of the playoffs in the first round.

Gah! Cricket. I once heard a speaker refer to baseball's 7th inning stretch and follow it up with "which for you Cricket fans would be like the middle of the second day." That always struck me as funny.
