7 in a row!I just hope the Yankee's can keep on winning, which will be tuff since Wang hurt himself.

Btw, what's your take of the Yanks signing of Ponson? I don't think he's the answer but if they need an extra pitcher for the double-header game against the Mets next week then I'm fine with it. But I still want that last spot for Phil Hughes though - I still believe in this guy![]()

Yea Yanks!
Speaking of which, has anyone yet seen this? The headline is Switch Pitcher Causes Confusion.
Yes, a switch pitcher -- a new one on me and he was drafted by the Yankees and played his first pro game for Staten Island. He uses a special glove with six fingers, two webs, and fits on both hands.
He was brought in for the ninth inning, had struck out two batters, when a switch hitter came to the plate. Batter took his swings in the on deck circle as a left, then stepped into the righty batter's box. Pitcher changed hands. Batter changed boxes. Rinse and repeat many times over until the umpires finally made a ruling. Pitcher struck out the batter to end the game.
If you want to read the whole story and view a video of this at bat, you can do so here. Switch pitcher causes confusion
I really want to see this kid pitch in the majors someday.

Ok I take that last statement back. Josh Hamilton rocked! What an inspiring story he is and his old Legion coach pitching to him put an exclamation point on that.![]()

Sorry, veejer. I was coming in here to say that I am NOT a Yankees fan. I am, however, a huge Pudge fan. So now I'll be following the Yankees. So disappointed in you though, Pudge.![]()
Getting lost will help you find yourself.
