Minnesota could smoke Detriot , all those young legs against the old farts. Not so sure about Anaheim.

The St Louis , Colorado game was a little ahem - spirited. They might give Tor/Philly a run for the penalty minutes. At least St Louis will.. . Hey Roy/ Osgoode rematch !!!!!

From NHL.com still the battle of NY

Conference standings reflect the order in which teams would qualify for the playoffs. Division leaders (marked with a *) are automatically seeded first through third.
    EASTERN CONFERENCE
    Rank Team GP PTS
    1 z-OTTAWA * 81 111
    2 x-NEW JERSEY * 80 105
    3 y-TAMPA BAY * 80 93
    4 x-PHILADELPHIA 80 103
    5 x-TORONTO 81 98
    6 x-WASHINGTON 81 90
    7 x-BOSTON 81 85
    8 NY ISLANDERS 80 81

    9 NY RANGERS 80 78
    10 MONTREAL 81 75
    11 BUFFALO 80 71
    12 ATLANTA 80 70
    13 FLORIDA 80 68
    14 PITTSBURGH 81 65
    15 CAROLINA 80 61

    WESTERN CONFERENCE
    Rank Team GP PTS
    1 y-DALLAS * 81 109
    2 y-DETROIT * 80 108
    3 x-VANCOUVER * 81 104
    4 x-COLORADO 80 101
    5 x-ST LOUIS 80 98
    6 x-ANAHEIM 8194
    7 x-MINNESOTA 81 93
    8 x-EDMONTON 81 92

    9 CHICAGO 80 76
    10 LOS ANGELES 80 75
    11 PHOENIX 80 75
    12 NASHVILLE 80 74
    13 SAN JOSE 81 72
    14 CALGARY 80 71
    15 COLUMBUS 80 68

    x - clinched playoff spot
    y - clinched division
    z - clinched conference

They booted Sutter out so he could make Calgary even worse than SJ .
    Worst Team Carolina-
    Most GA - Blue jackets
If Toronto wins against Ottawa tommorrow night they can spoil their Home Ice advantage for the playoffs. If they tie or lose then Ottawa is #1 and has the home ice.

Only one team 95 NJ, has won the Stanley cup in recent times on away ice.

My Av's missed a great chance to catch up to Vancouver when they choked in the third period against LA. Get it together guys!

They're your Avs now, eh Bill?

Vancouver has 1 game left, Colorado two. But if Vancouver wins and the avs lose I think they clinch the division. No wait I think even if they just win.

    104 + 2 = 106
    101 + 4 = 105

    Piece of crap. They do.

Technically your geographic team should be Vancouver , or maybe San Jose- but I can see the case for the Avs.
Geographically Gary Bettman tells me I am a Sens fan , and Miss F a Detroit fan - Ugh

Forsberg is all mine ..... No sharesies
