Absolutely not... I mean, it is still technically college football season, right? Luckily, most of my friends and family share the passion and would think it rude not to have the television on!!!

Congrats MRD (and, Tebow, I guess...)! I am disappointed for D-Mac, but it is hard to feel sorry for someone who is about to be making millions!!

At least the SEC is representing!!!

Congrats to Tebow! I was pulling for him but it was really for a silly reason....my son's nickname is T-Bo

Oddly enough, my son was pulling for McFadden....go figure

    Tebow makes Heisman History!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks all, on behalf of The Gators and Tim.

His stats are amazing, he had to win with those kind of numbers. And it can only get better.

    Re: College Football 2007

Last night was interesting. The friends we met were all SEC football fans and there were actually quite a few Gators there as well so it was a fabulous time.
Lots of Gator Chomps got done and one of the guys there dressed in head to foot Gator Gear, got down on his knees in front of the tV and did the bowing thing to Tebow. I wish I had taken my camera, it was funny.

Yep the SEC is definetly representing and everyone there last night is pulling for LSU.

(I kind of feel sorry for Hawaii. 2 great seasons and yet, not real acknowledgement of their team)

And we had one lone Fighting Irish fan last night. He was so funny. He took a lot of ribbing, but gave it right back too. What was so funny was he kept telling everyone: "Hey, I'm Portugese, not Irish, but that is MY team!"

Tonight was the banquet for the top player in FCS. The award went to Jayson Foster of Georgia Southern University. Congrats to Mr. Foster and the Georgia Southern family.

Jayson is a fantastic young man. In addition to being a star on the field, he graduated last week with a Business degree.

Just heard on the news that a Clemson player was arrested for driving under the influence and they are considering letting him play in the bowl game that Clemson is going too.

I know he hasn't been convicted, but to me, I would think that getting arrested for that should be a deal breaker with any coach.

Drunk driving is a very serious offense and should not be rewarded by getting to play football.

Well.... Michigan has pilfered another West Virginia coach. They've hired Rodriguez.
