Unk, what can I say? Your team definitely showed up to play, and that's exactly what they did. I surrender.

PSU's defense just couldn't stop OSU's offense. Our offense played terribly. You are right though, the white out was amazing. The stadium was electric.

I always felt like Ohio State deserved their #1 ranking, but now I know it first hand. Penn State was outplayed. Congrats!

Oh man, I don't even want to mention the Florida/Georgia game yesterday.

I'm now pulling for LSU to go to the title game. I'm still pulling for Florida, but its not happening this year. Next year though we should be good to go. A lot more experience as a young team.

Thank you, AshleyPSU, for posting the poll results each week! I, admittedly, don't know much about college football but I really enjoy keeping up on how the Kansas teams are doing and I enjoy your fun but intense rivalries!

Ok, this is a dumb question considering that I live in Kansas, but what does the rest of KU's schedule look like, homeontherange?

Is it safe to come out? Here's hoping that Michigan State puts the hurt on Michigan this weekend

    You were safe ages ago.

Looks like Henne is still very, very iffy to QB Michigan this weekend. If he comes in (which I expect he will if he can because of the rivalry), it most likely won't be for long. Now if we can ensure that Hart does something incredibly stupid tonight like fall out of a third story window at a campus party and break his *good* leg.. we might be able to stop their running game, too. I've seen Hart run for over 200 on one leg before (2005, IIRC) so we can't make do with harming his currently gimpy leg.

Boy, this thread has been slow now that my trash talking with Unk is over.

I'll be at the PSU/Purdue game today. Nobody around here is too excited about it because we are all still upset over last week's debacle.

Anyway, good luck to everyone's favorite teams today!

MSU almost pulled off the upset win over Michigan. The Buckeyes won their 20th straight conference win (Big Ten record) as they ran their record to 10-0 by beating #21 Wisconsin 28-17. Illinois next week then Michigan in the big house. That's stacking up to be a huge game.
