Anyone watching CFL?

Just watching the Stamps/Riders game and wondering if anyone else is. Haven't found a good CFL forum.

Do any football players play in the NFL and CFL?

Players are not allowed to play in both leagues at the same time. They're allowed to play in either assuming they get a spot on the team, don't have a contract anywhere else, etc.

For example, Ricky Williams played here last year while he was suspended. There are other CFL players who go play in the CFL.
The styles are vastly different with different strategies and running or throwing games, etc.

NellieDee, I certainly watched and loved watching Calgary get their butts whipped!

I think Ricky done alright in the CFL too. He's really throwing his career away though.

He did okay, but he certainly didn't blow out the competition as was predicted by many NFL fans.
Now he's back with the Dolphins I believe.

Ugh, wow, the Rider's played terrible on Friday night. What a shame. They better get their act together pronto or this is going to be another long season. I have no doubt they'll rebound, I just think this'll be a real test of Austin.

Okay, so I'm double posting and this thread doesn't get a lot of attention. But oh my god, did anyone else watch the Riders/Eskimos games?!?! Ah, that was the best ever. Most intense, strangest, craziest, fun game. EVER! Probably 50 extra pounds of water in my clothes after the over 4 hours, but darn it all. Every minute was worth it.

Okay, I know, I'm the poster the last 4 posts, but ANYONE at all watch the finals befor the Grey Cup?!

I'm soooooo excited right now that the Riders are in it!! C'mon there has to be fans?!

I still can't believe the Riders are going to the Grey Cup!!! What a game it's going to be next week. Who would have thought it would be Sask vs. Winnipeg at the beginning of the season? We've got a pretty good chance now, with Glenn breaking his arm...

Yeees!! Another fan. I was a ball of nerves the entire game. Then there were some definite tears at the end. Beating BC, hosting a home playoff last week. It's just all been so fantastic!

I'm thinking I might just have to go to Regina next weekend even though I wasn't planning on going home till finals were over. The atmosphere in the city will be unbelieveable.
