This is the first time I have ever done a fantasy league, and i have no idea what I am doing. For the pre-draft rankings...do I need to pick players for every position? How many pitchers? How many relief pitchers? etc, etc.

You don't have to pick players for every position, but it's generally a good idea. Here's an overview of the rules, and we're a "rotisserie" league. http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/baseba...les/index.html
