The season is underway.
There are a lot of compelling questions this year. Can USC 3peat? Will Spurrier bring respectability to South Carolina? Will Oregon's uniforms be even more obnoxious this season?
Yes, important questions indeed.

HOOO-AHHHHH!!!
University of Michigan Wolverines win again in the Big house!!
Hail to the Victors.
And Michigan State hands Notre Dame their first stunning defeat, 44-41 in overtime!
We should have had this one locked up long before.. after leading 38-17 with 5 minutes left in the third. Our defense was amazing and our offense was back with the return of Jason Teague and Drew Stanton. But then ND's trio of 6'5 receivers really started playing an amazing offense and we started playing it safe and, before you knew it... OT.
So sorry, Charlie Weis!![]()

I was a little worried about MSU when they lost that 21 point lead, but they came through in OT.

Well, Nebraska accidentally beat Pitt yesterday. It was kind of painful to watch so I skipped the second half, and I'm not looking forward to the Conference games. I just hope the fans can be patient because I really think Callahan needs about 3 years to get this team where it needs to be.

Did you go to Michigan Ana?
I've been to the last two Nebraska games (against Wake Forest and Pitt) and I have not seen any improvement what so ever in the offense since last season. If anything, they've regressed in their progress of installing the west coast offense. I will agree that a new offensive style needed to be implemented, but I'm not sure Callahan is the right guy for the job. If Taylor and Co. can't even figure out how to line up correctly and as a result get flagged for 8 penalties in one game, it shows that Callahan isn't doing his part as the coach. Callahan's got until the end of the season in my mind to show dramatic improvement and if he can't improve the team in that amount of time, he's not the guy that should be running things.Originally Posted by Marleybone
