    All Things Hockey

    Hockey rocks!

Training camp opened, pre-season games start soon.... I'm feverish with excitement!

Actually, I think I may just be feverish, and excited.

Anyway! Go Avs! Damn, Sakic. I just wanted to look at you in the shower throught your window. The restraining order was completely un-neccesary.

Leafs training camp opened today. Tie Domi vowed that Kidd's funky beard was going - even if they had to all hold him down. And yes as this is a new forum a baby picture

I have a baby-er pic! And yes, this is Forsberg.

Oh yeah, damn Pat Quinn, going off and losing 50lbs. I want to call him Fat Quinn, but now that he's 245 instead of 295 it doesn't have the same zing!

I will still call him Fat Quinn anyway.

Speaking of fat, Saku Koivu is looking REALLY good. He's put on tons of muscle, and his hair came back dark and curly. Rrrowr!

Edited again because Darcy Tucker fought someone on first day of camp. Yeah... that's REAL cool Darcy.

He fought a WHLer because "He checked Travis Green".

Well, in a way, I guess it's training camp for the refs too. Fight-breaking-up training.

Monday Curtis Joseph is going to be on the season premiere of Molson That's Hockey. He has his old Toronto helmet as his new Old Wings helmet except its red now. I'll see if I can find a pic. Belfour has his same helmet too, except blue. These guys aren't very original.

You cant really see it but you get the idea. Red Wings!!!

It's DEFINATELY not as bad as looking at Hasek. I saw Eddie's hemlet on SportsCentral I think, it had the eagle on the side like all his hemlets do. If this damn picture archive ever loads on faceoff.com I'll see if they have a pic. Doo doo doo. This is taking a long time. Eh. Forget it. Oh, there we go. Nope, not that one.

    Gah.

Well, I DID see it. It has the eagle on it.

Kevin Weekes backup to Arturs Irbe, collapsed on the ice at training camp with a seizure.Tests found nothing other than dehydration and exhaustion.

See they send a poor Toronto kid down to where its warm to play hockey. Its supposed to be cold- like minus 20 cold.
