Long Peter Forsberg interview and no seeing it for me? Boo!

I saw Wayner's party on BAP, they had a Forsberg eppy. Looked like fun but nothing went for less than 10 grand so I dont think we would have been doing much bidding.

Bidding? Well maybe for an hour or so of Peters time( and some decent snowboard lessons.

Brodeur became the first goalie to have four 40 win seasons !

I can't believe playoffs are just around the corner - but seems like Toronto/Philly is a lock.

I just have a bad feeling about them this year.
If you go through a lot of hammers each month, I don't think it necessarily means you're a hard worker.
It may just mean that you have a lot to learn about proper hammer maintenance.

Did anyone else see the Stars/Sharks game on Saturday? The Sharks came back from 2-0 and 3-2 to tie, then the Stars got a pp goal with about 2 minutes to play. Sharks pulled Toskala (btw, how cool a name is Vessa Toskala? ) with about a minute to play. Time running out, Selanne fires the puck from the side of the net, it hits Turko and goes in as the buzzer sounds. Ref waves no goal. Overhead replay shows time tick from 0.1 secs to 0.0 with the puck on the inside of the line, but touching. but it's in mid-air, several feet above the goal line. The overhead camera is at an angle, so the crossbar is several inches outside the goal line. If that is the case, then the puck had crossed the plane. Toronto even called and talked to the replay official. No goal.

I think that blows. Earlier in the game replay had said no goal on a Dallas goal, and just as play was about to resume, Toronto called and made them review it again. Still no goal, but if the league has a replay official in the building, let him do his job. There is no need to call from 3000 miles away and tell him what to do.

So, in their last two games, the Sharks beat the Wings 3-0 and should have had a 4-4 tie with the Stars. Tonight's game against the Avs should be interesting. I wish I was going to be there.

Oh, I almost forgot. Since Miss F hates Detriot, I'll forgive her like of the Stars. But I'm still not happy about this, Miss F. Please reconsider.

    Awww Wayner.

I like the Stars. I don't LOVE the Stars and should they happen to face Vancouver in the playoffs, I will not like the Stars. But if they face Detroit, I would.

We all have teams like that. They are one of my teams on reserve... when there is no one preferable to cheer for.

    I don't like Modano though.
    Does THAT help?

C'mon guys....the Stars HAVE to win the cup for Claude, it would be too cool to have 5 cups with 4 different teams . There I go with my Claude again, I really can't help it, he's awesome for a soon to be 38 year old!

    Ducks- good
Habs- Well if they didn't suck
    Sens- YAY!
    Blues- Better than Detroit...

Anyway welcome Silver! Stick around, as long as you don't make too much Detroit noise you'll be safe.

Oh go on tell the poor girl that the site owner is a Detroit fan....

Last year we just hated Hasek because of how he treated Buffalo, this year all of the Leaf fans are waiting for Cujo's playoff meltdown....because of how he treated Toronto. Manny - yay!
    Yzerman and Shanahan
    no Chelios,Maltbyor Sir-gay talk
Everyone else ok except only talk about Hull with his mouth Duct taped shut. He can be charming.
    Sens _ yay!
    Ducks - Yay!
Jose Theodore and Marcel Hossa yay! - Marcel got sent to Montreal because he had a french name...
Blues - big Al still won the hardest slapshot . Old guy + wooden stick = can still outpound everybody- Yay!! They have Osgoode too, who is itching to get back at Detroit after being dumped for Hasek ....Yay

Plus you have to be happy for the Avs, Leafs, Oilers, Kings,Stars ( except for Mike Madonna) , but especially for Claude Lemeiux ,and of course the Sharks and any team that has cute or nice or talented guys on it.
We don't pay attention to the Wild because because LG never visits us here...

    Detroit is evil.

Yzerman and Shanhan when not in Detroit stuff- good.

    Bleh.

But yes John is a Wings fan.

If any other wild fans would stick around for a bit we'd pay more attention, we've had a couple one timers.
