Weird or wonderful team names!

I'm watching the rugby match between Ireland the US. Of course Ireland are winning, makes a change to have a decent team!!

Anyway, the real point of this post is that the commentators have just said that a couple of the US team play for a team called "The Gentlemen of Aspen" What a great team name!

Have you any local teams in any sport with weird or wonderful names!!

Sorry, it took me so long to answer. The Mariners Class A Northwest League affiliate is named the Everett Aqua Sox. I have a t-shirt with a scary frog on the front.

There's always the infamous Toledo Mud Hens, the Detroit Tigers AAA affiliate in the International League.
