I'm glad that Serena, Maria and Lindsay won, they are 3 of my favorite players. I really hope that Serena is able to beat Jennifer Capriati and defend her title, it would be a great way to put all the injuries behind her. I thought Lindsay played fantastic today against Karolina, she didn't allow Karolina anything and she has a great chance to reach the finals! I thought Serena played fantastic as well and during that match she served a 126mph serve which is the fastest ever at Wimbledon and the second fastest ever by a woman (Venus holds the record with 127mph).

    Absolutely.
The commentators roll out the old "no British man has won since Fred Perry" line every year.
At least when Rusedski was "clean" he had someone to take a little of the expectation from being solely on him, even though Greg wasn't British born.

Greg's a Brit when he wins, but a Canadian when he loses!

    And Tim Henman.

I can't stand Tim Henman, he get's on my last nerve! I hate the way that no matter who else is playing, they always air the Tim matches. :rolleyes

Aww, Fan. I'm a big fan of his.
    I'm awaiting the Lleyton-Federer match-up.

Serena took out Jennifer easily 6-1, 6-1
    Mauresmo took out Suarez 6-0, 5-7, 6-1

Here is the woman's draw as of now:

    Serena Williams USA (1)
    v.
    Amelie Mauresmo FRA (4)

    Lindsay Davenport USA (5)
    v.
    Maria Sharapova RUS (13)

I really think Maria can pull out a win over Lindsay, but I really hope she doesn't. I cannot stand her, she seems too cocky, and thinks she is all that. I hope for a Mauresmo-Davenport final, but I see it being the complete opposite in reality.

Tim Henman has crashed out of Wimbledon, losing in the quarter-finals to Mario Ancic in straight sets. The 20-year-old Croat won 7-6 (7-5), 6-4, 6-2
