well, Little Z, looks like the only ones you'll miss are these

Sat, Sep 4 Hartwall Arena, Helsinki Sweden vs. Finland 1:00 PM EDT CBC
Sat, Sep 4 Air Canada Centre, Toronto Russia vs. Canada 7:00 PM EDT CBC
Sun, Sep 5 Air Canada Centre, Toronto Slovakia vs. Russia 7:00 PM EDT CBC
Mon., Sep. 6 QUARTERFINAL Home Arena of E1 E1 vs. E4 1:00 PM EDT CBC

I guess that means I won't be seeing much of you from 8-30 to 9-16

Anyway, you guys have to have faith. Sure it looks bad right now, but these things have a way of fixing themselves at the last minute

I have faith that there will be a full season. They are bound to get the heads out of their butts soon.

I have a spot in my bed for you, but no world cup. And I'm in Australia. Take it or leave it...

Huh , in my world All of the Fort hockey fans could watch all games in the lounge, there is no threat of work stoppage , my daytime job is massage therapist to the World Cup, and Ducky is the tournament manager.

I think I'm liking your world, Eny. One question though - can we share that job?

Hi all. I'm not too sure about a full sesaon, it doesn't look good. My husband's cousin works at the Bell centre and they've all been warned about getting "vacation" until January so.... who knows?

In my hockey world, Claude Lemieux is still in the NHL. (I'm not very demanding)

Joe Sakic was being interviewed the other day in preparation for the World Cup, and he said he didn't feel anything would be resolved before "push came to shove." He also gave the January time frame as when hockey would start this season.
