woah . very cute. Who's he?

I'm with Real for the champions league. They have the best side for a team. When you have ronaldo, carlos and zidane on a team, you know you have something good. i am still rooting for arsenal of course.

newcastle and manchester might be in the running for the contest with arsenal. i don't deny. diego forlan is coming up very nicely. ljungberg is recovering, thank goodness. the only problem now is with the goalkeeping.

i like dennis bergkamp! he's a hottie imo.

Soccer? Isn't that the game that's like hockey, except it's played on grass, they don't use sticks, and it's really, really slow?

Kidding. While I'm not a big fan of the game, the World Cup is always fun to watch.

    WAYNER.

It is NOT a slow game. .

The world cup is a really important event here. I went to Suntec city and sat on the grassy area with about 500 other people, watching the finals on the large screen tv. IMO, US did really well in this World Cup.

Woo Hoo! I might be travelling to Thailand in early June, late May period. I might meet Arsenal! Too bad Bergkamp has fear of flying and won't be there.

I from Cork,Roy Keane was my big hero as a child thus I am a devoted Man Utd fan
but Arsenal will probably win this yr
Liverpool however won't even qualify for champions league and will have to settle for UEFA CUP yay!

Welcome to soccer forum, Jan Agro.

Roy Keane's cool. A pity he's not playing for the Ireland national team anymore.

Please do post more of your thoughts about the matches to come.

I'm still hopeful of Manchester United winning the Premiership. But I'm pretty confident on Champions League. I hope they make it through. GO Man U!!

    15/16th March: Soccer Action

    The results:

    Blackburn 2 Arsenal 0

    Manchester 1 Aston Villa 0

    Charlton 0 Newcastle 2.

Phew. Manchester managed a win. Quite a few impressive shots on goal by Aston Villa but Barthez was superb.
