It doesn't look good for Chad. Best wished to him; I hope he doesn't lose the vision in his left eye. The Habs may be losing one of the few big forwards they have.

Notice how he doesn't wear a visor?

Yeah. What's up with that?! Seriously, with the number of eye injuries, they should make them mandatory.

It also turns out Nolan was kidding about a hairline fracture in a vertabre. That's something really fun to joke about!

Nolan- Yes I'm seriously injured , and we'll have to wait till we get back to fix it.
Pat Quinn- Stupid NooB , Leafs lie through their teeth ( If they have em) to the media. The team rules, reread em.
Nolan - I'm Fine, I'm was just joking y'know. Why aren't I playing ? Well I'm kind of busy sightseeing.

I think visors should be manditory . The fights about them are as lame as the ones were yrs ago about helmets.

    Stars - Avalanche

MAy I say - WOO! This was the first game of the NHL Reg. season last year. October 9th, they played in Dallas and lost 1-0, beginning a run of suckitude.

Habs lost 1-0 to Boston in ot but Jose didn't play. Anything more boring than a 1-0 game? Blah!

I'm glad Kilger is doing better. Stephane Quintal got a puck in the face yesterday, but he was o.k. H-E-L-L-O people, do like my Claude and you will save your eyes.

    Nucks won 1-0 lastnight

Clouts is in goal tonight .. it will be interesting to see if he can continue the shoutout streak (he didn't play lastnight, auld and that new guy did, wild did only have 12 shots though, lol). And I didn't realize Gaborik was in a contract dispute, thats not good news for them (mind you i'm sure they'll probably work it out soon, unless he is asking for something too crazy)
