I will be very unhappy if Philly continues this strong.
If you go through a lot of hammers each month, I don't think it necessarily means you're a hard worker.
It may just mean that you have a lot to learn about proper hammer maintenance.

Ducky, what is the line in the middle of the division points standings? Who will make it to the playoffs?

I think when all is said and done in the West, Minnesota will be out and the Sharks in. The rest of those teams could very well stay where they are as far as being above or below the line. I know it's been a month, but the Sharks are starting to play better (read: they finally have Nabokov in net) and the Wild are starting to come back to Earth a bit.

As for Philly, they usually start to tank as the playoffs approach, but Hitchcock may keep that from happening this year. I won't be too happy about that, but as long as the free-spending Rangers continue to stink, I won't be too disappointed.

I think the East might change a bit too, but then again, it's the east so who cares!

Minnesorta might end the season with 20 pts for all we know.

Is Edmonton ever doing badly! They are tied with Toronto! And way up is Tampa Bay.
The diff in Philly is Hitchcock. Quinn may have taken the praise for team Canada, but his other coaches were Hitchcock (Philly) and Lemaire( Ottawa). Hitckcock got canned cause he couldn't light a fire under EDDIE in Dallas.
I don't hate Philly, just Bobby Clarke .He's so foul he's non human.

You mean Martin not Lemaire, right eny?

Edmonton is doing badly. They can't score or stop pucks. *sigh* Oh well! Colorado is um... not winning so much... but getting better. They're just in a funk! They need to find their groove and start clicking.

GOD, THEY BETTER DO IT FAST. I just sounded like a leafs fan!!

Bobby Clarke... did you see my post about 'Hey, someone dressed up like the devil.'

Doh not Lemaire - He's now coaching the Wild or he did....
The Wild are top of the conference though, so maybe I should have said him.

It is really funny that NYR continue to suck, not only that but old dog who won't quit Messier is almost their best scorer.
