    Marine Corps Marathon

I went to DC today to watch my Brother-in-law Paul, and his wife Kristie, run the Marathon.
This is the first time I've watched one and have to say it was quite fun.
Many of the runners had their names on their shirts, so we would scream their names as they ran by. We got to see Paul and Kristie three times, so that was a lot of fun too.
They did great and finished in just under 5 hours. They had hoped to come in under 4 1/2, but I think they did great
It took them 13 minutes just to get to the starting line

That's awesome Cali! I was actually wondering if you were in town today as I remembered that you said something about family running in the marathon!

I'm so happy it was beautiful day for the event!
