What Will Happen at the FRC?

Great to be steered down to Planet Earth.

Boardies WAYYYYY overthink and analyze, especially when the ending is spoiled in advance.

I will never stop laughing that on the eve of the Bach 11 FRC people were looking for online marriage license information to prove that the finale amounted to Deanna's Big Fat Greek Wedding.

If people didn't "know" who he picked, they would obsess about proving that. As soon as they "know," they move on to more elaborate, absurd speculation, which are the same every year. It's all a set up giant conspiracy; someone is married; someone is knocked up.

They filmed a show in exotic places involving talking about dating on camera. The lead liked one girl best. She liked him back. Under the format, he had to keep dating others. At the end, he can say what he really thinks. That's the concept. And all she wrote this year...makes perfect sense!

Or to sum up - when you hear hoofbeats thiink horses not zebras.

You should put that stuff in the same category as you would an advertisement for toilet tissue that says "Cradle your bottom on a cloud with the softest paper EVER."

This show is not exactly meant to be a carefully-crafted documentary made by filmmakers with a high level of commitment to a truthful presentation of the events of the story. Closer to a soap opera, without the amnesia.

However, I was asking in the context of jamabae's post -- one the BFC followed up on, so I simply asked a question to him, based on the conversation at hand, jamabae's post.

Luckily, he hit refresh enough that I got my answer!

That's what jumped out at me too. Ok, easiest thing to do. That says to me that he didn't feel much for Chantal at all and was just playing the part. Ok. Makes it easier to watch now, knowing that. Hope we don't see any crocodile tears from him when he's letting her go, then.

Maybe he doesn't have any reason to wait, but his fiance does. She has a 5-year-old daughter, and she should be dam* sure that Brad's the right man for both of them before she makes that final commitment. She met him on a ridiculous game show that in no way reflects the realities of life, a game show that has a pretty dismal record of lasting relationships, no less marriages. That's why he/they should wait at least a little while, because it's during that time that the vast majority of these people who were all so passionate and sincere about declaring their undying love for each other have broken up, often badly. And this time, a child is involved.

I do agree with what you say, but I also believe that if they want it they can make it work. Perhaps the very reasons why she should be cautious are the same reasons why she should go for it without any hesitations. They need to know that nobody is perfect and they will encounter difficult times, but they can't be so willing to throw it all away. Brad being older and Emily being a mother may be enough incentive for them not to throw in the towel and hope for a better shot on Bachelor Pad.

I get the feeling that Chantal will NOT go quietly...too much confidence and smugness at the last RC. I think she throws a fit at the FRC and really shows her a$$!

I think Brad also knows this and was really going to send Chantal home at F3. If Ashley's date didn't completely fall apart Chantal would have been gone, IMO.

She wouldn't be the first, nor do I see her being the last one who would do this.....Oh, but to me he is not worth it, I am sure she see this now but hindsight is 20/20....

Yeah, I doubt Brad cries saying goodbye to Chantal. I think he over her by F3 and I am convinced that he gave her that Treehouse date because she was behaving like a bitch in heat all season and he wanted to try to keep her at bay. It wouldn't even surprise me if there were producers and cameras very close by for "security"
