Wow, nothing awkward about that date . . . nothing holding Mother Teresa back!
Good news is we had a few seconds of Emily's fun side. She is breaking out slightly.
Chantal's HTD was still the best.....they just completely mesh with one another and her family is tha fmaily Brad never had. I always question how they put it all on his dad, when his mom was married umpteen times so they'd get used to a "dad" and then he'd be gone again. It was totally dysfunctional all the way around. Luckily those boys decided to make something of their own lives and not follow the same path.
I don't know what to think. He had a great date, but would not kiss her. I don't know what that means. On the good side, I finally saw an Emily I could connect with. She finally warmed up and I really enjoyed her. She no longer seemed so wooden. Weird ending to the date.
No way can Brad possibly be ready to propose to Emily in a few weeks. He would need some serious therapy time with his shrink to resolve his feelings over marrying a single mom. Kissing her was way too stressful...LOL
Big: You know, Manhattan has a lot of beautiful women.
Carrie: What an amazing observation!
Big: But the thing is, after awhile, you just wanna be with the one who makes you laugh.
