Here's What I Was Told

I think from a sleuthing perspective, the sighting of a finalist is something we should consider, along with all the other crazy stuff we consider to determine who is F1. I just get the feeling that people want to reject info when it doesn't fit the specific F1 theory they have... which is normal, but we should still strive to be objective as much as possible, IMO.

Very true. It could very well mean something that we haven't heard anything from or about Chantal. intheblind- Ali was seen out, but she was the Lead and not F1or 2. That's like saying Brad has been seen out.

My only curiosity is that every season one of the biggest things towards the end that everyone seems to look for is who is MIA, which seems to have always been a clue as to who is F1. Yes Ed, was seen out. Need we say more But really who other than that that has been F1 has been seen out other than maybe a couple of minor sightings? We have Emily out a 2 bars that are close together, a sighting of her at a food place and I believe one of her at a stationary store. We have one pic of chantal with no date or info to even tell us when it was posted or where it is. My question still is, are we suddenly not taking this into consideration this season as another clue of who is MIA and who isn't? I'm not saying that the sightings of Emily is a big deal. Don't think that it is. Isn't this something that we should still be looking for?Just curious is all.

It's only because it pertains to Emily, if it was a Chantal sighting on a Friday night going to a couple of bars it would be all the proof that some would need to say she is not F1..Usually if one of the F2 are out an about that was a done deal that, that person wasn't F1...

Its about to get interesting. SO much has changed this year nothing is a forgone conclusion.

What I would love to see is continued good conversation without the well if she did this then she did this. Its stupid.
I say more power to Emily & more to Chantal is she chooses too. its really a mute point for me & not because of Emily

I guess I started thinking today after his best friend posted. He is among those that KNOW who he chose. I decided to put RS and Lethargic to the side. If I'm wrong so be it, but it is surely more fun this way and if I'm going to watch this mess, I might as well enjoy it! That being said, I had noticed several things in Brad's blog way before he unloaded ... now watch as a love story unfolds before your eyes although it totally fits his mood these days in interviews. I refused to believe that as Lethargic had convinced me this couldn't possibly be the case with either of the women. Lethargic is only repeating what he was told and I want to say TIA for being kind enough to try to spread some light on what he feels is going on as this is the spoiler board. Okay, here we go.

In Brad first blog, it's clear Emily stood out to him. Which girl does he try to get across that he really liked. Please remember, I'm seeing this from Brad's perspective as that he found love! There were so many different first impressions made that evening. I remember thinking, as women got out of the limousine, how beautiful they all were. So many women stuck out that night. I will try to briefly describe some of themMy conversation with Emily went really well. "A coal miner's daughter." A stunningly beautiful woman with a Southern accent that's thicker than mine – the first impression was incredible.


2nd week, 2nd blog. Again he highlights Emily. In fact he's watching her and him closely in this episode. Why do I think that. This next comment is in his blog is all about Emily and their relationship. I laughed out loud when I watched Emily say, "I don't really care where he gets his coffee." Speaking of Emily, what was I thinking during that conversation? "You make me lose words." My God, I was a stuttering idiot. Those are the moments when I watch myself and grimace. He also gave Emily a rose this date but that was based on what Roberto and Ali told us or that is what he said. I really didn't take much from that other than Emily got a rose.

3rd week, 3rd blog. Remembering he is now watching these episodes before they air. And he's beginning to remember how he felt in those moments as this is his first 1:1 with Emily.It's so much fun for me to watch and relive every single moment; so many good memories were made this season.My date with Emily was emotional, to say the least.

4th week, 4th blog. Now he is beginning to talk about Chantal. A little! The second part of the date was extremely romantic and it felt like Chantal and I became very close. VERY VERY little in his first 3 blogs described his time with her. I keep waiting for the emotion in his blogs regarding Chantal. I do wish he would hurry up. But SIGH, we're back to Emily and the picnic he set up. I didn't have a single chance to talk to her after that because she didn't receive a date of any type the following week. I wanted to just say, "Thank you for sharing such an intimate part of your life with me."

I think so much is made of this MIA is because Roberto was MIA big time last season. I don't care if Emily has been spotted a billion times and Chantal zero, it's not going to change my mind that she's F1. Until I see something different in Brad, about his feelings toward Emily, I will stay put.

The sightings mean nothing to me, especially when Chantal dad has said she went on the show for fun...that right there told me she came back the same way she went "single".

I'm bumping forward chaslom's post that explains why we pay attention to the number of sightings of the F1 and F2 post-season. The trend in the past is that the F1 is MIA or at least seen much less than the F2. It's another sleuthing tool. This is not about Roberto, this is about most of the F1 who were MIA.....Stay put and enjoy, like I will......

I don't remember that the F1's were MIA, except Roberto. Molly was MIA from the ending of filming, but she was not F1 at the end of filming. Tessa was not only not MIA, but she showed up in magazines as having gotten too tipsy and let the cat out of the bag. DeAnna, the supposed F1 in Brad's season, was definately not MIA. Shayne was not MIA. In fact, she was doing a photoshoot during the airing of TB that hit the stands prior to the FRC. These are just a few.

Hasn't gained any extra insight into her by way of her PI's but acknowledges both F1 and F2 are getting very one-sided edits that aren't indicative of their true character. Like every season, a lot is being left on the cutting room floor. But, in the end, its a TV show

Very similar to Ali's season when F2 Chris and F3 Frank dominated the PI's all throughout the show while F1 Roberto only chimed in a handful of times in comparison.

Why are we only comparing to Ali's season? If I remember, Vienna narrated her season as did Shayne, there are others but its late. Both the F1 and F2 have historically narrated the show.

I didn't take BFC's comment to be about the number of PIs, but that Brad already knows his lady well enough that the PIs aren't giving him any new insight about her. BFC is doing a great job not giving away anything as to Brad's F1's identity.
