What would you think about this season if RS and Lithargic hadn't "spoiled" it?
Yes, partially on its own and partially encouraged by the producers. But I agree, the elaborate scheme is completely unnecessary for this franchise.

And yes, there are quite a few on this board who have been deligently trying to find reasons and proof that the spoilers could be wrong and none of them are letting up. Seems it is getting harder and harder for them to do this though .

I don't think Emily was in on it for a second. I think tptb took one look at her and her back story and decided, she's our next Bachelorette and made it happen, thus F2. Since it is being said that she hasn't made up her mind yet whether she wants to do it, she couldn't have been in on it or she would have signed on the dotted line. I don't think all of these girls were in on it at all and ole Brad could really shock us all and actually fell in love. It really says something to me that he hasn't been in touch with Laurel at all for the past 3-1/2 months, not a word. I am also not ruling out that he's with Emily and not Chantal. His description of the F1 coul fit her as well. One word in his description stands out to me, "strong woman". What did Ashley Spivey say about Emily "she's a strong woman".

Brad said in his blog this week, that Anguilla was his favorite episode, except for the finale. Last week he said in his blog regarding Anguilla "watch for a love story to unfold before your very eyes". I didn't see any love story with Chantal in Anguilla, she was on the date from h*ll and was crying, again. The only love story in Anguilla was Emily. Having said that, he could have been lying in his blog to take our attention away from Chantal. I keep thinking about what CH has said and what Brad has said to some extent in interviews. Something like "how it happens" in choosing his F1.

I read a post in the past few days that said in the season clips, there is a vo of CH says "she didn't show up". If this is true, could someone tell me where this is in the clips?

I want to add, that I think the "Thanksgiving" with Chantal's family could be a lie and deliberately fed to RS. Can anyone remember a time when the lead and F1 met with anyone, must less families, until after the show aired? I don't think so.

I too saw a love story unfold with just Emily at Anguilla. Nothing with any of the others. I also see that Brad has been chasing Emily since almost episode 1. He is not doing the chasing with any of the others. And so far, Emily is the only one he has verbally communicated this intense like for her. Again, nothing for any of the others.
As of this point (Anguilla dates), Brad is still falling for 1 person i.e. Emily. The rest of the season will cover 2 things 1. Does she fall back for him ? 2 Is he capable of taking the step to complete her family.

2 It is my understanding that the lead and his chosen one meet secretely and not even close family members are in on the secret. So how come Brad gets a pass and is allowed to meet family members for thanksgiving ? I don't buy that bit of information from RS at all.

That was Michelle playing Michelle -- she doesn't need a script.

and the article she did with Us says she did speak with Brad -what we saw was not what happened. It probably showed that she wasn't crazy and that's why they cut it.

I think you are talking about Michelle here. I watched a clip of her on Ellen that airs today & she said she told brad that he deserved the best & things of that nature. She said she even talked to the camera in the limo. But they didn't air it. I actually think Michelle isn't as crazy as the "michelle" from the Bachelor 15. Two different people.

I would say that he chooses Emily for sure.

I remember how crazy that they made Leigh Ann from Bob season, yet people in her hometown said she was nice, down to earth and not at all like her edit on TV. Fleiss has a funny way of manufacturing people into whatever character he wants them to be.

If they don't make it easy on him and say crazy stuff, he will Fleissdice them and do what they did with Michelle in the limo, making it look like she just folded her tent in protest in the limo. I have always known to seperate "TV Contestant A" from "Real Life Contestant A."

I am glad you brought this up and look forward to future posts from you, anybody who knows Chantal, Shawntel or Ashley and Babyface C about how the real life people are rather than what they are edited like on TV.

I noticed on Monday night that when all the women walked in to line up for the RC that each and every one of them seemed to walk to a very specific spot. I rewound it to look at it again, and it was quite obvious that they all knew exactly where they were supposed to stand. And they had Michelle and Chantal side by side....just like you said....to create drama.

I am too much of a realist when it comes to romance, so I agree that whether or not Brad and Chantal are now a couple (no matter HOW they got there) both of them carried their own set of baggage into the relationship, and it won't be all smooth sailing afterwards.

IF they are together, I would hope that they would decide to have a long engagement - at LEAST a couple of years or more - and get to know each other before jumping into a marriage. The chances of a relationship lasting is better if they get to know each other in a real life setting - warts and all.

Personally, I am skeptical, but I will be watching closely. And I am also wondering what (if any) the next big reveal could be.
No real life relationship ever is. The ones that make it are the ones that learn to shoulder each other's "baggage" and deal with them together.
