I said in the other thread that it's the one that makes me nervous for them too. It doesn't seem like his usual MO with her. In the other SCs, they're all up on each other. Maybe (hopefully) Capegal is right and it's Ashley.

I can't believe she slapped him. For real. Even if it was producer manipulated, that takes some serious guts on her part to be able to do that to a guy who she just met.

I'm still not convinced at how "real" the slap was. If you look at it, her hand is far back on his face (almost on his ear) and it looks like her wrist bends right after connecting with his face. He also turns his face with the slap. If it was truly a surprise, I think the brunt on her slap would have been on Brad's cheek. Usually the slappers hand remains "set" and doesn't bend at the wrist. Also, if Brad wasn't expecting the slap, he wouldn't have moved with it as smoothly as it looks like he did.

So how could this have been manipulated to happen? IMO, during their pre-show interview with the girls, they most likely determined the girls that had watched previous season's including Brad's. During that time, they may have asked -- wow, what would you do if you got out of the limo and Brad's standing there?!? Once she got out and saw that it was him, she knew what TPTB were wanting/expecting. (they could have done the same with the blonde (Kimberly? sorry, we haven't been talking about her much!) who makes him go down on one knee to propose)

As Bloomers has stated in the editing thread, based on these interviews, TPTB are fairly certain how the girls will respond in certain situations and which of the ladies will take subtle direction. TPTB are also aware who has those guts! JMO
