There were some discussions earlier in the season about the girls tattoo's and what they meant. This was a tweet from Karri Leigh about Chantal's.

Hey @tristasutter, @chantal_obrien says her tattoo is about 5 years old, and is a reminder to follow your heart!

Class and work till 5. Wah wah. But I plan on bugging her afterwards.

And I love that she's doing media instead! Awesome. She gets it all- great guy and fun interviews.
