This is the Atlanticview Capetown Boutique Hotel in Camps Bay, SA. Can't find the exact view but this looks to have the same features. The slats cover the bathrooms. Looks like a beautiful place. I'm at work and can't get the pics any bigger. If someone can help, that would be great. TIA

Yep, that's my guess too. I wish they didn't have ten trillion villas and luxury hotels in that area! But I guess that's our job and I'm gosh darned exhausted!! lol

But Kensington Place was the closest I got with no REAL matches....but I haven't given up there's way more expensive/luxurious villas than that one to try to match up the stone, rubbish bin/fountain, slats and palm....

I do see what you are talking about. They do have some patios outside rooms that have cement floors. Here is another tiny pic. (can't wait to get off work)

On Screencap #182 - the close up of the ring - instead of looking like an engagement ring to me, it looks more like there might be a stylized rose perhaps with a smaller diamond set into the blossom's opening. Or... maybe I need better glasses.

Could this be a match? The features of our sc, look similar to 26 Sunset Villa at Llandudno.
To me.. our sc looks like Brad could be somewhere at the lower area of the villa.... in a patio area/garage/or service entrance.

A few things might match like the plaster walls, the metal wire railing on top of those walls, the stone and the huge boulders within walking distance possibly matching our sc where Brad is standing with huge boulders around him...











A side note, the villa is luxurious enough to be an FRC location I would think by these inside shots:

I don't think they do have the Bachelor staying at the private villa. In recent past seasons (Jason and Jillian come to mind) the FRC was at a private villa and their hotels/resorts were elsewhere. In Jason's season, there were a lot of photos in previews like these of Brad, and they were of him dressed to go to the FRC, but he hadn't left his place yet. So maybe these shots are of the hotel where Brad and his parents are staying, rather than at the FRC site. Maybe he's just pacing thinking about the choice and proposal he's about to make, or maybe he's wondering whether his F1 is going to accept.

So I'll go with these shots being is at his hotel/resort right before he leaves for the villa.

Also, I think one reason they don't do hotels for the FRC is because they'd have to clear the whole place out to make sure other guests don't see it and let the ending get out. Not enough privacy. Maybe in South Africa that wasn't an issue, but I'd still bet the FRC will be at a private villa.

You are right. Maybe I'm just remembering how much time we spent trying to find the villa for Jillian's FRC -- which we did. Wasn't Deanna's also at a private residence villa?

You're also right Jake's hotel was really small, something like 22 villas. Are the resorts in South Africa that small?
