It doesn't look like an FRC cap - could be a promotional shot, or F3 FRC. Hard to say. But sadly = he has that same morose look he had in his FRC shots from Brad Part 1.

It could be FRC after first lady leaves, the weather looks lousy, at least the clouds suggest it might rain - so it doesn't look like they'll be getting sunset if this is FRC.

I doubt VERY much that this is FRC material

Definitely in TX. Only place I have been to where the street lights are horizonal (red on the left, yellow center, green right) on the pole rather than verical (red on top, yellow center, green on bottom.) Looks like downtown Austin, but I live in the suburbs (Leander) so I can't be sure where in Downtown Austin.

las vegas has lights like that too.. when i was driving in LV it kind of freaked me out

He appears to be standing out in the middle of nowhere - they usually go for water shots for FRC and even some F3 RCs.

Right - I could see it as possibly F3 - because of the location - in the middle of no-where - the rocky terraine {sp} etc.....

Have we located any possible locations for where they are staying in Africa where we might check out any terrain around the hotel?

It is possible that they stayed at the The Palace of the Lost City at Sun City or the Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa. The property and terrain nearby these resorts could be a place for a RC.

FYI: The lights are like that in a lot of places. There are two intersections with horizontal lights in Annapolis, MD, where I work. The rest of the city has the "standard" lights, but those two intersections do not. So, while it certainly could be TX, it is not the only place with horizontal lights!

Sadly, I got rid of all my pics from previous seasons, so I dont' have what he wore for the other F2 RC - anyone remember??

5 different suits so far for future comparison:

Could these two be the same suit? (provided I did this right ) The first one taken earlier in the day at Brad's hotel and the second one at the actual ceremony? Mr. Write identified the location of the second one as the Springs in Costa Rica. The lighting differences could make the suit look darker than it actually is. I think the tie is a pretty good match.

The suit in the second one looks black.
