The railing at the casino looks way too high as you can see it's almost at that one woman's shoulder height. In the sunset pic it barely hits Brad's waist.

I know it is possible with enough maybes that one can make anything you want fit. I think the overriding evidence is that Chantal goes to South Africa. This is not an discussion that will have any resolve, just like the blond girl with Brad crying will not be resolved until it is either viewed or we get better pictures.
