7/25 Show Discussion Thread *spoilers*

Cat told us at the beginning of the show that SYTYCD will be off for a few weeks because of the Olympics. Boo! :(

I didn't like the song in the first routine. It was a Tabitha and Napoleon hip hop number with George and Tiffany. The song was Out of My Head and the routine was that the two of them were babysitting and the baby kept crying making them all shook up. It was hard for me to pay attention to the routine because I hated the song so much. I'm not a hip hop fan but usually I can tune out the music and just pay attention to the dancing. Not this time.

Didn't like the first dance. Didn't see second one.

That routine with Brandon and Amber was so hot I wonder why the damn building isn't on fire!

I'm selfish enough to be glad it won't be on. We're leaving on a 2-week Alaskan cruise, and it's one less show we'll have to catch up on when we get home. :hiya

Whitney and Chehon just pulled up alongside Amber and Brandon, for me.

Hated the music in Matthew & Audrey's salsa! HATED IT! Made it impossible to enjoy the dancing!

So, I'm guessing this means Lindsay & George are safe & they're deciding between the bottom 2 guys & girls.

I liked the music in Matthew and Audrey's salsa! But then I liked the song "A Fifth of Beethoven", which was basically the same song set to disco.

Witney says her mom named her after Whitney Houston. Mom didn't know how to spell.

BTW, I totally hate "I Will Always Love You". Can't STAND that friggin' song!

I'm glad that of the bottom three girls Amber left so I don't have to look at her awful hair anymore. It's sad and I suppose superficial of me because her last dance showed how much talent she has but I can't get past her hair to see the beauty of her dance.

Cyrus is my favorite of all the dancers. I enjoy watching him so much! I love that the choreographers are working with his skills and putting in robotic moves. I imagine that they're delighted to work with him because he brings something new to the mix that previous dancers haven't.

I'm still having trouble picking a favorite girl. Pretty much my favorite is whichever I'm currently watching. Just when I decide Eliana is my favorite, Lindsay comes out and wows me. Then Amber comes along and all I can do is stare at her hair. :stressed :blush
