The woman with the dead Grandfather hardly impresses me. Sure she has a sad story, but that's it.

You have to have one sob story per episode on every reality show it seems, must be a rule.

Oh great, a fake degree for Uncle Nigel. That's just going to make his creepy old man head get even bigger.

I think she was sincere when she said "I don't want to be that girl."

Yes, it is very sad and I sympathize, but I get tired of that. And, I hate to sound mean, but anytime I hear stories like that that person always, ALWAYS makes it pretty darned far. The sob stories overshadow everything the person is supposed to bring to the table. It's old.

I really liked that kid that danced last. Beautiful to watch.

The ice dancing couple were fantastic. I watched that one twice...

I wonder if anyone has bothered to clue Red Bull in on the dangers of energy drinks. Not only do they rot your teeth faster than anything else, but they accelerate your heartbeat. Drinking six and then dancing crazy like that.....poor guy could go into cardiac arrest.
I hate when the cops throw me in the back of the squad car ....like they didnít hear me call shotgun.

The guy who did New Orleans Bounce was alot of fun to watch. He went straight to Vegas - I was surprised they didn't have him do the choreography.

I missed Nigel tonight, it was strange without him!

LOL when I wasn't busy thinking about the million and one ways I could get him to SHUT UP! the thought crossed my mind to wonder if he was going to hit the floor like the last over hyper and over annoying dancer did (Jarvis? Screaming fool?). And that he was one drink away from having a heart attack. Sheesh.

    Sob stories.....

So over them. Yes, it's cruel to feel that way and the girl was probably sincere but just like I've been over exposed to contemporary dancers and now I'm sick of them.....there have been too many sob stories on this show. The kid crying over being dirt poor? Literally had me rolling my eyes in annoyance and wanting to remind him that he is in LOUISIANA! They know about being dirt poor so his little sob story means nothing there.

There were some good dancers in this audition, unfortunately, we barely got a snippet of them. Usually the ones they take time to high light during the audition rounds get cut in Vegas and it's the ones they barely bother to show that make it into the top 20. Let's see if this holds true.

(Caveat: There are some that are shown in the audition round that make it through Vegas and then are given a huge and unfair advantage over the nearly invisible ones. But that's not the majority, the majority of those shown are cut...I know this because I wind up liking them only to get ticked off when they get cut which is why this year I refuse to select a favorite pre-top 20 reveal.)
