7/8 Show Discussion Thread **SPOILERS**

After round one, Brandon and Janette have about tripled their gap over the others as my favorites. I know Brandon gets a lot of attn and I LOVE HIM, but Janette is totally mesmerizing! She makes me want to learn Spanish, too! I love how they can be so believable in all the routines and then be so wacky cool when it is over.

It's obvious the judges want Jason and Caitlin to go. I thought both their performances were better than what the judges gave them credit for.

Janette and Brandon - Pop Jazz (Wade) to Ruby Blue by Roisn Murphy

I loves me some Wade! Great routine. Brandon kind of in his element - really steps up and embraces the Wade Robson style. But the surprise is Janette who come right up to Brandon's level on that dance. Great use of the whole stage - a Robson specialty.

Janette is a fabulous dancer, she can do any style with no problem. That was a great routine by Wade Robinson.

I think Janette and Jeanine are my favorites.

Wow - lots of great dances tonight! Brandon and Janette have really made it to the top of my list. They really can do anything, it seems. Loved the Wade Robson routine.

Jason and Caitlin are at the bottom for me...they just don't have the chemistry. Caitlin's lines are beautiful, but she herself is just kind of annoying to me. Ade and Melissa's waltz really didn't capture my fancy, either. It just didn't fit the mood of the music and there wasn't much there beyond the lifts.

All I really care about is Evan making it to the Top 10 so he can go on tour. I just love the li'l guy. Other than that, I don't care.

I like Evan too. However, have you noticed that the judges sort of get on his case every week. They want more, they expected more, etc. While Randi is perfection to them. I think they will cut him if he is in the bottom. I have never understood their comments on him because I think he is fabulous.

That said, Brandon and Janette BOTH are on a whole other plane. I love them!
